New Era Privacy Policy

Chrome extension for paper-trading Solana tokens. Effective October 8, 2026.

In short: New Era has no accounts and no server of its own. It does not collect, sell or share personal data. Everything you do in it is stored on your own computer.

What stays on your computer

New Era saves the following in Chrome's local extension storage, on your device only:

None of this is sent to the developer or to anyone else. Uninstalling the extension deletes it.

Requests New Era makes

To show prices and token data, New Era requests public market and blockchain data directly from these services. Requests contain only token addresses and, if you added them, public wallet addresses:

These services receive the request like any website visit (including your IP address) under their own privacy policies. New Era sends them no personal information.

Pages New Era runs on

The paper-trading panel appears on token pages of supported trading sites (pump.fun, Axiom, GMGN, Photon, BullX, DexScreener, Birdeye, Padre and Jupiter). It reads the token address from the page link and, on Axiom, a few public numbers shown on the token page (such as global fees and ATH). It does not read or change your account on those sites, your wallet connection, or anything you type there.

What New Era never does

Exports

Files you export (backups, PnL exports, trade cards) are created only when you click to export, and are saved where you choose. Journal notes and trade reasons are left out of PnL exports.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
